Nitay-Yair is the founder of Koenig Heritage. He is the guardian of the company’s uncompromising value investing principles, conservative business fundamentals and defensive investment strategy. Throughout his career, he has strongly advocated for risk aversion which is reflected in his attitude towards leveraged buyouts and short term thinking among others. He is the developer of Koenig Heritage’s non-discretionary “home, health and food” investment strategy and principles.
Nitay-Yair has extensive experience in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and Board roles. Prior to Koenig Heritage, He was the founder of a funds management firm and co-founder of a private equity investment firm. In those roles, he acquired and managed 10 businesses before exiting to found Koenig Heritage. Nitay-Yair commenced his career as a corporate lawyer with Baker & McKenzie in Sydney and Hong Kong specialising in private equity and mergers & acquisitions.
