Reece is a senior innovation lead with a focus on delivering solutions with positive social, environmental and economic outcomes. He brings together partners across NGO, corporate, academia, design, tech and startup sectors to help them collaborate on solutions with the potential to scale globally and facilitate innovation that delivers for people, planet and the bottom line. His career began in advertising at News Limited in Sydney before making a significant pivot to work for two years in the Kingdom of Tonga – on capacity building and climate change adaptation with the Tongan business sector. In 2017, Reece founded WWF’s “Panda Labs”, a global innovation platform spearheaded by WWF to solve some of the world’s wicked problems in collaboration with influential partners. Founded in Australia, “Panda Labs” has now scaled to 10 countries around the world and supports both social enterprise start-ups and corporate ventures. Reece authored the report “Can Technology Save the Planet?” and developed the WWF global network’s global blockchain strategy.
